Purchasing from this website is a transaction with The System Protection, not with Bitdefender SRL directly.
3. What We Sell — Software Licenses Only
We sell Bitdefender software license keys only. We do not provide technical support, virus removal, malware removal, device repair, remote access services, or any other technical services. For technical assistance with Bitdefender software, contact Bitdefender directly at bitdefender.com/support.
4. Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to payment authorization and product availability. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete purchase and account information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including if we suspect fraud or policy violations. You will receive an email confirmation upon successful order placement.
5. License Keys & Delivery
License keys are delivered to your email address after payment is confirmed, typically within minutes. License keys are non-transferable and are subject to Bitdefender's applicable End User License Agreement (EULA), which you must accept when activating the software. We are not responsible for issues arising from your use of the software beyond the delivery of a valid license key.
6. Pricing, Auto-Renewal & Cancellation
All prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change. First-year promotional prices and standard renewal rates are both disclosed before you complete your purchase.
Subscriptions auto-renew at the stated renewal rate unless you cancel before the renewal date. We will send you a renewal reminder email at least 7 days before your subscription renews. To cancel auto-renewal, contact us at [email protected] before the renewal date.
7. Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on eligible purchases, subject to the conditions in our Refund Policy. Please review the Refund Policy before purchasing.
8. Prohibited Uses

11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
12. Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mohali, Punjab, India. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may also have rights under the laws of your country of residence.
